Rate Increase for $4.95/mo Budget 1 Reseller Plans

Thank you for being a Reseller Zoom customer. We value and appreciate your business. Our goal has always been to provide our customers with the best reseller hosting experience at an affordable price.

In order for us to stay committed to that goal it is necessary for us to raise rates on our budget level 1 plans to continue to provide the level of service you expect, including:

• An uptime SLA guarantee of 99.9% with 3rd party monitoring
• 24/7/365 free technical support
• Enterprise class servers with continuous upgrades

Since launching Reseller Zoom in October 2004 this is the first time we will be changing our rates for our existing customers. As a valued customer, we are giving you advanced notification of this rate change.

Base Rate Change

Starting on November 1st, 2007, your new base rates for all budget level 1 plans will increase from $4.95/mo to the new rate of $6.95/mo. Budget level 1 plans include packages with the package ID's RZ-1, or B-1, or any reseller plan with a base rate of $4.95/mo. Your exact pricing will depend on any other add-on services that was added to your plan including ip addresses, site builder software, or Urchin stats.

Viewing Your Current Plan and Pricing

You can view your current packages and pricing anytime online in the My Packages section of your client billing. Your new pricing will take effect on November 1st, 2007.

What are the current resource allotment for the $4.95/mo budget 1 plan?
The $4.95/mo budget 1 plan come with 2,000 MB of disk space, 30 GB of transfer, and allows you to create up to 50 cPanel accounts.

Can I opt to change my resource allotment to the new $6.95/mo budget 1 plan listed on your website?
Yes you can. The new budget 1 plan comes with 4,000 MB of disk space, 60 GB of transfer, and allows you to create up to 20 cPanel accounts. Send an email to our customer service department or reply to this email to request the change.

Are there any billing changes I need to make on my end?
If you are paying your invoice via paypal subscription you will need to cancel your current subscription and create a new subscription with the new rate once your new invoice generates with the new rate. Other than that you don't need to make any changes. This will be a system wide change made on our backend and don't require you to make any changes on your part.
