As per the scheduled maintenance the migration has been completed and the web sites pointed to the new server. If you are using private nameservers, make sure to update their IP's to the new IP's listed below:<br />

The update of your private nameservers must be done at both your domain registrar and your DNS zone. The DNS zone can be edited via WHM -&gt; Edit DNS zone. Make sure you login to the new server to update the DNS zone. You can do that via the following URL:<br />

If you are using external nameservers, make sure to point your domains to the new IP address. You can see the IP address you need to point your domains to via WHM -&gt; List accounts.<br />

I have had a very bad experience with this server move. All of my site have either been damaged, or have not had all the files moved.<br />
<br />
I have followed the instructions given.<br />
<br />
I would have thought that files would have been copped, rather then being moved.<br />
<br />
I am really not happy, this is taking far too long, and I followed the instructions in the email that I was sent, about the migration being completed, I wasn't even asked about it, or if I wanted to migrate, they just went ahead and did it.<br />
<br />
And now all of the sites I have and host on reseller account are screwed, and there is nothing I can do about it.<br />
<br />
Support are VERY slow on doing anything, no one seems to know who is doing what or when it will be done. I am losing patience very quickly and so are my clients who cannot access their sites or email.<br />
<br />
Can someone somewhere, sort this mess out!!!</div>
