You provide us with an email address (i.e., support@yourdomain.com) that we'll use to reply to your customers. Your customers will send an email to support@yourdomain.com which will get forwarded to our helpdesk. Our technicians will reply to that email from your email address making it seem as if someone from your company responded!

That's not all! You can even login to our helpdesk to view your tickets. If you want you can even reply to your own tickets! See exactly what your clients are inquiring about or the issues they are having and respond personally.
