How do I request my free clientexec, enom account, end user support?
Submit an email to customer service with your account details and outline what features you are requesting. Note the aforementioned features are only available to Failover, Advanced, Asia-Pacific, and UK reseller customers.

How do I register/transfer a domain?
The cost for new domain registrations is $9.95/yr. Domain transfers will add one year to your domain registration. To place an order or if you need more information please visit www.resellerzoom.com/domains.shtml

Where do I login to manage my existing domain?
If you registered a domain name through us you can login and manage it at http://domain.resellerzoom.com.

How do I order ID Protect?

How do I request transfer assistance for my cPanel accounts?
Submit an email to customer service with the ip address, domain name, cpanel username, and password for each account you would like for us to transfer. Note that the first 30 transfers are free and each additionally account will incur a $0.50 cent charge. Once the transfers are completed you will need to login to your account and make sure everything is ok before updating DNS. We don't do any script reconfigurations or DNS zone edits.

How do I order a dedicated IP?
You can order an IP by filling out this form. The cost for an IP is $2/mo.

What nameservers do I use?
Each reseller server have it's own DNS so you'll need to reference your welcome email for the nameserver information. If you're still unsure please contact support and we'll let you know.

How do I add private nameservers to my account?
Private nameservers with dedicated ip's are included in the Failover plans. If you requested private nameservers on the order form please reference your welcome email for the IP's.

Budget, Advanced, UK, AP resellers can request personal nameservers (share the servers nameserver ips) through customer service. Private nameservers are also available however will require 2 dedicated ip's and each ip is $2/mo. Please submit an email to customer service to have this added to your account. Include your account details and the nameservers you would like to us.

Do I need to create my nameservers at my domain registrar before using them?
Yes you do. You must create them before you are able to use them. If you registered your domain through us you can login at http://domain.hostingzoom.com to create your nameservers. If your domain is registered elsewhere view the following tutorial for instructions for the various registrars: http://www.resellerzoom.com/video/nameservers.shtml

Are there any fees to upgrade/downgrade?
There are no fees to upgrade/downgrade your account. If you are upgrading to a higher cost plan your account will be prorated based on your billing cycle. Likewise, If you are downgrading to a lower cost plan your account will be prorated with a credit.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my account?
Upgrade/downgrade from the same type of reseller plan such as B-1 to B-2, etc are seamless. Submit an email to customer service with your account details and the plan you are interested in.

If you are upgrading/downgrading to a different type of reseller plan such as B-1 to Failover-One, or Failover-One to UK-1, etc then you will have to place an order online for the plan of your choice. This will require all files be transferred to the new server. Once the transfer is completed you will have to update your DNS and/or IP's for your accounts. Finally you will have to submit cancellation to stop billing on the old account.
