How do I update or change my credit card on file?
Login to the billing system here and click on My Finance in the top menu then click on Update My CC. You'll need to enter in your billing login password to update your CC.

What do I need to enter in the start date and issue number fields when updating my credit card?
You can leave those fields blank if that is not available on your card.

Why do I get an AVS mismatch error when paying with a credit card?
An address verification system(AVS) mismatch mean some parts of the address you have on file does not match the address your credit card company have in their system. The first step to resolve this is to contact your card issuing bank and verify the address they have on file and make any necessary changes in our billing system.

How do I retrieve my password to login to the billing system?
Use the Forgot Password link on the billing login page to have your password resent to the primary email on file.

How do I pay an invoice with Moneybookers ?
Send a payment directly to moneybookers@resellerzoom.com and include your invoice number and/or domain name with payment.

Can I pay with Paypal without creating a Paypal subscription?
You can send a paypal directly to paypal@resellerzoom.com to avoid creating a subscription. Please note your invoice and/or domain with payment.

How do I update my primary email address on file?
Send an email to billing@resellerzoom.com asking for your primary email change. Please note the first and last character of your billing password for faster processing.

How do I update my information?
Login to our billing system here to update your contact information. Click on My Info and then Update My Info to update your information. If you need to update your name or email address you will need to send an email to billing.

How do I change my billing login password?
Yes you can change it through billing here. Click on My Info in the top menu and then click on Change My Password.

I have multiple accounts. How can I get billed on the same day on one invoice?
Send an email to billing@resellerzoom.com and request to have your accounts renew on the same day. We'll have to prorate any accounts as necessary to accomodate this request.

How do I view all my past invoices?
Login to billing here and click on My Finance then My Invoices to view and print all the invoices generated for your account.

How do I cancel my account?
All cancellation requests must go through the cancellation form found here. You are responsible for all invoices generated prior to cancellation. Allow up to 5 days for your cancellation to be processed.

I don't remember my password to cancel my account. What do I need to do?
Note the last 4 digits of the credit card on file or the Paypal transaction ID in the comments field of the cancellation form if you don't remember your password.
